kay , today we did kicking , kicking , kicking , kicking and sparring . yeah , i think today's training about speed when you kick :) the part which i love is when there's a senior hold the big big target and we can kick it as hard as we can ;D and guess what , sometimes , when i was too stress , i will kick it too hard so , i can release all my tension right right ^^
then , we've got sparring !! i love it when i have to fight with my member -,- i mean , my member from the same club and place where we're practicing every weekend . because my skill for sparring not so good one lah ! i tell you ah , really ! and , my right hand got swollen because of the sparring thingy , and also my leg . my partner for the sparring is Lim Jas Lin ^^ and yeah , she's chinese . but , guess one thing , her skill improved so much o,o Jas Lin , good for you :D
